Packloom

What it is

Packloom is a packing checklist that works on the plane. Every trip you have ever taken stays on your iPhone, ready to duplicate the next time you go somewhere similar — no account, no sign-up, and no questionnaire before the app will do anything. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to.

Seven templates come with it — beach, city break, business, camping, winter and ski, travelling with a baby, and carry-on only — and you can combine as many as you like for one trip, with duplicates merged. Inside a trip there are per-person lists so a family packs from one checklist, progress bars per person and category, reordering to match the order you actually pack in, an optional reminder the evening before you leave, and plain-text sharing to Messages or Notes. Two trips are free with every template included; unlimited trips is a single payment.

The rules it ships under

No subscription. No account. No analytics. Your data stays in the app's own storage on your iPhone, and deleting the app deletes it. Where there is a price, it is a single App Store purchase.
